here is a very nice animation, especially for those who are passionate about tango. even though you don’t have a clue about it, like myself, the work is really enjoyable and brillant. the synchronization of the figures during the performance is a must see.

“I like what continues.” —Pablo Picasso
this is a three dimensional work of Lena Gieseke. the artist claims that her aim is to create a provocative interpretation of Picasso’s Guernica which seems interesting regarding the fact that the painting contains such aims in terms of form and meaning as well. 3 D is a really exciting way of visualization since it deals with the unseen/hidden parts of a two dimensional image. on the other hand, Gieseke’s efforts on three dimensionality appear to be meaningful while considering that Picasso was also obsessed by dimensions and forms-challenging with the boundaries of our visual perception. it’s curious how technology achieves the crucial steps taken by art. i’m still not sure if it is enough-or could get more efficient-what are the limits?..
